A VICTORY FOR AMERICA IS A DEFEAT FOR OBAMA AND ACORN!!!

FRIDAY NIGHT there was terrific news that snuck out of Washington. The U.S. Census Department has cut all ties with ACORN and it will not give the organization millions of dollars to help perform the 2010 count of Americans!

There were great concerns at every level (except the President's Office) that ACORN would misrepresent the number of people in various parts of the country. What was even greater concern was the possibility that ACORN would use "averaging" to dream up the make up of many cities and help redraw voting districts in favor of the Democratic Party.

While these same efforts may still move forward, at least at this point a known, corrupt organization won't get out tax dollars to help rid elections.

Let's see where the Obama Administration goes from here. Maybe they'll just go direct and hire the SEIU, another very shady group.

ACORN IN CHARGE OF CENSUS???

How Did ACORN Get "NO-BID" Contract of $8B To Do Census? 

A Minnesota Rep introduced into Congress on Monday a bill, that would prevent ACORN from getting any of the $5B Stimulus monies for political pay back from Hussein! 

The Congresswoman in the introduction of her bill, said that ACORN openly violated Federal Elections Laws in several states, to include Nevada, Ohio, Florida, Minnesota, Pa., Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Texas and other states, and should be denied any federal funds. 

In addition, no question has been raised by any of the Socialist Democrats about the "NO-BID" contract of $8B to ACORN to perform the 2010 census, however, when citizen Dick Cheney's company got "NO-BID" contracts, the Socialistic Democrats were all over this! 

My major problem, as an ex-Warranted Federal Contracting Officer, and knowing the Federal Acquisition Regulations and federal laws, this contract should of had been posted on the government contract website for competitive bids, as required by Federal Law! 

However, this was slipped through by Hussein, and in addition, to ACORN given the "NO-BID" contract, what is the purpose of ACORN documenting your name, longitude and latitude, with your address (GPS) locations, along with a vast array of other questions to include your political posture, when the Constitution mandates only, that Congress will perform a census every ten years and count the citizens. Also, this task is delegated per the Constitution to Congress not the Executive Branch, so why is the dictator Hussein involved? 

The reason, is simple, he plans on employing a method, that Arizona rejected during the last census called sampling. This method would be used to estimate the number of no-replies and classify those no-replies and an estimate, repeat estimate only of citizens not responding and by doing so, he will label these unaccounted for persons, as Democrats, increasing Democrat bases, even though sampling is not scientifically proven or viable! 

But the use of sampling would make the citizenship of American believe that the Socialist Democrats are the majority in the US, when in reality, that is not the case. If you check the stats of your state on the Secretary of State's website in your state, you will find the actual breakdown. For instance, here in the year 2008, there were an estimated nearly 100,000 Independents, more than 300,000 Republicans, and an equal amount of Democrats, this total here is or may be considered invalid, due to ACORNs falsification of registrations, and the remaining population not identifying their political affiliation! 

So if an ACORN census taker knocks on your door, know your rights, demand they leave your property, without making any entry into the government data-base, and if they refuse, call the Police, if they still refuse, exercise your rights under the laws of the state and the Constitution! 

DO NOT ENTER YOUR DATA INTO THIS GOVERNMENT CONTROLLED DATA BASE WITH YOUR GPS INFO! 

The government has your address via the Income Tax records, why do they need your GPS location, political party, income level, and other very personal questions to enter into a government data base, when the Constitution clearly states simply, that Congress with perform a census every ten years!

SEIU, ACORN and Universal Health Care

What do they all have in common? Turns out, both SEIU and ACORN are subsidiaries of CCI, which is based in New Orleans. There are 270 companies all traced back to CCI, almost all, have something to do with health care services.

They all have reps in Washington every day lobbying for this Universal Health Care bill to be pushed through so they can get their hands on as much of it as they can.

They are also responsible for President Obama pressuring the Governor of California to rescind the pay cuts negotiated with their state health care workers. We all know California is in very serious budget trouble. They negotiated in good faith with the state health care workers who AGREED to the pay cuts to help the state of California.

Along comes SEIU who intercedes and gets Washington involved, threatening to withhold their stimulus money if these pay cuts are not rescinded.

I'm telling you people, it is not worth taking the stimulus money. The Federal Government wants to run every facet of the state and local governments which are supposed to be, according to the 10th Amendment of the Constitution, sovereign and separate from the Federal!

Lawsuits abound against ACORN, with ties to SEIU: National Review report

14 states have filed fraud charges on voter registration. They get paid based on how many people they get to sign up, in funds from taxpayers and money from political parties and corporations. 

This is all BIG money in politics and BIG money in health care. ACORN may have started out with the best intentions, but money has corrupted it's direction. They will also have to answer embezzlement charges.

So when you are thinking, gee that universal health care sure sounds like a grand idea, just think of the corrupt lobbyists and pocket padders involved and then think how they are going to affect the cost of this program.

Oh and that is just two of the 270 companies associated with CCI. It could get worse. Much worse.

ACORN EXPOSED AS MEGA FRAUD

Despite major efforts by the group's management and talking heads, the ACORN story is not going away, 

On Monday reports surfaced that one of two brothers who originally ran the operation out of Louisiana is under suspicion for embezzling over a million dollars from the voter registration organization.  It was also revealed that every time ACORN received money or donations from any source, payments were channeled through the Louisiana office with little or no documentation of "service charges" or other alleged expenses.  

Effectively the tens of millions of dollars that flowed in may very well filled the pockets of a chosen few.  The appearance of misconduct is spread throughout the group and over the past year, anyone who worked in the inner sanctum of ACORN -- who was brash enough to demand a financial audit -- has been fired.  Some of those same people are now openly expressing a fear for their own safety.

What is particularly relevant is that the Obama Administration is still funneling money to ACORN.  Every American must take the appearance of collusion very seriously because ACORN has been hired to help conduct the next national census in America.  

Hundreds of criminal complaints have been lodged against the group based on voter registration fraud leading up to the 2008 Presidential Election.  If these same people are in charge of the census numbers, one can easily guess that the apportioning of political wards and voter boundaries are at great risk for tampering.  Politicians are notorious for constantly dreaming up ways to redraw districts, maximizing their political party strength and minimizing the power of their opposition.

A final reminder.  Barack Obama was one of the original founders and supporters of ACORN.  His 2008 campaign received tens of millions of dollars from the group, something which many believe should have been criminally investigated months ago.

I am a student of history. Professionally, I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied history all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes, these exist but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.
  
Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like and how people react to it... Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about 10 - 15 years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.
  
We demand and then codified into law the requirement that our banks make massive loans to people whom we know could never pay back? Why? 
  
We learned recently that the Federal Reserve, which has little or no real oversight by anyone, has "loaned" two trillion dollars (that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose the terms. That is our money; yours and mine. And that is three times the $700B we all argued about so strenuously just this past September.
  
Who has this money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a government of "We the People," who loaned our powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not!
  
We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why?
  
We have intentionally ‘dumbed' down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, and school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why?
  
We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election (now violently in California over a proposition that is so controversial that it wants marriage to remain between one man and one woman. Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?). We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic; and to what purpose?
  
Now our mortgage industry is collapsing, housing prices are in free fall, major industries are failing, our banking system is on the verge of collapse, and Social Security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government. Our education system is worse than a joke (I teach college and know precisely what I am talking about.) The list is staggering in its length, breadth, and depth. It is potentially 1929 times 10.
  
And we are at war with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending people of the same religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have the opportunity to do so.
  
And now we have elected a man no one knows anything about, who has never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla, Alaska. All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him,
drip by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary (Surely you have heard him speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders? No?
  
  
Oh, of course. The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he answer it. Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter and $150,000 wardrobe is more important.)
  
Mr. Obama's winning platform can be boiled down to one word: Change... Why?
  
I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.
  
And that is only the beginning.
  
I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was
associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would bully them into submission.
  
And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.
  
He did it with a compliant media - Did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and... "Change"! And the people surely got what they voted for. (Look it up if you think I am exaggerating.) Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he
was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.
  
Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course; the road to Hell is paved with them.
  
As a practical thinker, one not overly prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice: I can either believe what the objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong, close my eyes, have another latte and ignore what is transpiring around me.
  
Some people scoff at me; others laugh or think I am foolish, naive, or both. Perhaps I am. But I have never been afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe - and why I believe it. I pray I am wrong. But, I do not think I am.
  
IN GOD WE TRUST
  
Most of you know by now that the Senate version (at least) of the "stimulus" bill includes provisions for extensive rationing of health care for senior citizens. The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited by Bloomberg with the following statement.
  
Bloomberg: "Daschle says health-care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them."
  
If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed the remainder of their lives and are not subject to this new law if it passes.
  
Please use the power of the Internet to get this message out. Talk it up at the grassroots level. We have an election coming up in one year and nine months. We have the ability to address and reverse the dangerous direction the Obama administration and it allies have begun and in the interim, we can make our voices heard!
