DYING OF THRIST? HOW ABOUT YOUR HEALTHCARE VOTE?

Representative Devin Nunes (R) California, has leveled what has to be the most devastating accusation to date against the Obama Administration. In a year when the usually furtile San Joaquin Valley in California would have been producing millions of pounds of fresh fruits and vegetable crops because rainfall has been at 129% of the annual average, the Federal government has had the water taps from up north nearly shut off. Federal agencies are only allowing 25% of the available water to be fed to farmers.

But suddenly this week, because two Democratic Representatives from Congress are in play for a Yes or No vote on Obama's National Healthcare Bill, the Administration is clandestinely offering to open the spigots again.

What's been the result of the artificially created water shortage? The Valley has suffered an unemployment rate of 20 to 40% and prices of crops that would normally travel throughout the United States have understandably escalated.

Nunes identifies this approach by Obama's Administration as the exact same attics used by dictators in other countries.

He also points to Nancy Pelosi, Henry Waxman, George Miller and a "San Francisco / Hollywood" Socialist mentality of Utopia as the long standing origin of the arrogance and insanity. "When you look at the San Joaquin Valley we're what happens when you create a 'Socialist Utopia'. The people of California pay for it", said Nunes.

"This political machine was started in the 60's with a bunch of environmentally radical regulations. They turned off the logging industry in the 80's. Then they began turning off the water in 1992. THIS IS COMING TO THE REST OF AMERICA IF PEOPLE DON'T WATCH OUT."

One might recognize this as a Cass Sunstein tactic. This is to control everyone.

IT'S TIME. IMPEACH OBAMA AND SAVE AMERICA.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution reads: “The President, Vice President and all civil officers

of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for,

and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”

I have to confess. I am one of the 299 million (I'm just guessing here that there actually were a million or so Americans who said IMPEACH OBAMA long before this) who now realize it's time to throw this man out with the rest of the garbage in Washington.

As far as destroying America as a game plan, I have no doubt Barack H. Obama is, in all likelihood, simply a puppet of others. But that is no excuse. I believe there is zero possibility that he didn't know what was planned and it's obvious he has done nothing to stop the overthrow of our blessed nation.

Formal IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS against Barack H. Obama must start today. Not tomorrow or the next day because he has proven that every single day he is in office he hurts the country and American citizens. Any person who doesn't realize this, or supports him in any way, is just plain stupid. History will prove just how badly we all have been fooled and how we came the very brink of extinction as a fine nation.

Don't stand back and proclaim "Not my problem. I didn't vote for him." He is everybody's problem and each and every American must stand behind the effort to remove our President.

Here are just a handful of the high crimes and misdemeanors committed by Barack Hussein Obama.

He lied to the American people when he said we could keep our private insurance, knowing full well that his legislation would inevitably drive private insurers out of business.

Gerald Walpin, Inspector General of the Corporation For National and Community Service investigated Kevin Johnson, a big buddy of the president, for misuse of funds from an AmeriCorps grant. Whereupon Obama vindictively fired Walpin to cover for Johnson. A subsequent investigation vindicated Walpin’s judgment in the matter.

Barack Hussein Obama has overseen the effective takeover by government of banks, the largest insurance company (AIG), and General Motors (GM) and Chrysler... the bulk of the U.S. auto industry, thus depriving bondholders, shareholders, and others of their property.

Barack Hussein Obama is actively pursuing cap-and-trade legislation. Instead of taxing the very air we breathe, it would instead, in a manner of speaking, tax the air we exhale and give the government unprecedented control over the economy and American businesses.

Barack Hussein Obama is running up our debt at an alarming rate. In just 9 months since Obama assumed office, our National Debt has gone up by over a trillion dollars.

And, to add insult to injury, we're printing money like it's going out of style. The effect will be hyper-inflation, a crippling of our economy and, quite possibly, personal hardship on a scale that has not been experienced since the Great Depression.

Barack Hussein Obama has appointed countless “Czars” to oversee everything from the closing of Guantanamo to the food we eat. These Czars don’t have to be approved by the Senate. The Czars have unprecedented power and report only to Obama. Members of both parties are disturbed by these extra-Constitutional excrescences.

Senator Robert Byrd said: “The accumulation of power by White House staff can threaten the Constitutional system of checks and balances.” Congressman Jack Kingston called the Czars a “parallel government.”

And finally, Obama has consistently refused to approve the release of his actual birth certificate, college transcripts and his medical records.

And these matters only scratch the surface.

OBAMA HAS ACHIEVED UNRESTRAINED RULE OVER AMERICA

The overworked phrase "If you're not scared, you're not paying attention", doesn't even come close to what is actually occurring in the Federal Government of the United States. This chart from "Americans For Prosperity" should terrify even the most jaded political skeptic.

It shows in simple detail that President Barack Obama has taken over our entire government. You do what he wants or he simply goes around you and gets his own way. Gee, doesn't that "go around you" phrase sound just a little bit familiar? Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi said the same thing about passing the Democrat's Healthcare Bill. It went something like this: "We go around you, over the fence or parachute in to get this done."

So just what is President Obama doing? When the Senate failed to pass "Cap & Trade", he sent his demands on to the EPA to accomplish much of the same. When both the House and the Senate didn't fall for crushing Freedom of Speech (or the wholesale takeover of radio), as part of "Internet Regulation", Obama tossed the ball to the FCC.

He's done the same with Union Card Check Efforts, wiggling his way by everyone and protecting his ideas with the strength of "Recess Appointments" -- when Congress isn't around to stop him.

The final two slight of hand maneuvers with an Executive Order for the Debt Commission and now, with his planned Healthcare triumph just days away, he played Nancy and Harry like a fine-tuned instrument with their shell game antics and the empty promises of "Reconcilliation".

This man will stoop to anything. He is ego driven, ruthless and totally bent on destroying the American Republic. It's time to stop having "Hope" and understand it's been a year of total "Hype". Americans have been had by a man who is no different than grossly tragic political leaders of the past. But he is an United States President like no other before him.

Our nation is under attack. Pay attention. Speak out. Demand your country back from a run-a-way Congress and Executive Branch.

OBAMA, REID AND PELOSI THROW ALL HOUSE DEMOCRATS UNDER THE BUS!!!

Republican Senator John Barrasso from Wyoming had a very revealing conversation with Greta Van Susteren on Fox News Monday night.

In Barrasso’s opinion (one apparently shared by many Republican Congressmen), President Obama is counting on Nancy Pelosi’s ability to get the Senate version of the Health Care Bill passed in the House of Representatives. All the talk about “Reconciliation” is a total scam and just another smoke screen, but this time it isn’t the American Public who is supposed to get conned, it’s all the Democrats in the House.

The President wants the Senate Bill passed and then he will sign it. He doesn’t give a damn what happens after that...because nothing will change.

Once House Dems toe the Party line and pass the Senate Bill -- fully expecting the changes they actually want and have been promised by Pelosi through Reconciliation -- they’ll raise a glass and cheer as Obama signs the legislation and hastily beats feet out of town on his scheduled international escape. But Pelosi, Reid and Obama all know that Reconciliation is a very flawed process and by Rule of Order, thousands of Unrelated Amendments can be added by either party during discussions. That whole process can be virtually endless. The horrible part for the country is that the Bill will already have become law.

That’s 500 BILLION DOLLARS in new taxes, a 500 BILLION DOLLAR cut in Medicare and ALL the “Sweetheart” deals (like the Nebraska, Florida and Louisiana gifts) made in the past six months. Bend over everyone. Here it comes.

Look for every government building in the country to be renamed to a Disney character or every Interstate highway to be officially closed one day a week “for cleaning” or “redecorating”. If there is a crazy idea (and we all know there is NEVER a shortage of those in Washington), it can be introduced as an Amendment to the (now passed) Health Care Bill.

Wouldn’t it be interesting if the Republicans simply decided to offer an Amendment to dedicate every failed program in the United States to the Democratic Party through a similar renaming effort. The “Democratic United States Post Office”. The “Democratic Pot Hole Protection Program” (Pittsburgh would like that one!). The “Democratic -- We Love To Lie To You -- Climate Control Tax”. Well, you get the idea.

With a thousand nefarious and irrelevant Amendments, the Reconciliation process would collapse and House Democrats would be left holding an empty bag of Nancy’s promises.

Remember, Senators always consider themselves to be the superior beings in the food chain of Congress. After all, their term in office is six years, not the trivial two that the “lower house” gets. They’re just fine with the Bill they have passed and they have no obligation or desire to change a thing.

The BIG rubber stamp saying “SUCKER” is hiding in Harry Reid’s desk and he can’t wait to greet the House members at the door of the Reconciliation Room to pop a good one on everyone’s forehead.

Will the incredibly stupid House Democrats finally realize those 22” wheels passing over their bodies are from Obama’s Chicago Express coach? Yes, you are being thrown under the bus by your own party!

MOTOR VOTER PLEA (PART II)

I've written about Nancy Pelosi's seat in Congress from the 8th District and suggested that the old "live by the sword, die by the sword" concept should be brought to bear in November.

The Democratic Party pushed through the "Motor Voter" laws across the United States so they could bus people in from almost anywhere to win elections in selected areas. One of the most dramatic examples of this was the conversion of the state of New Hampshire from a Republican dominated political state to that of a Democratic Party controlled state. Former NH Governor Jeanne Shaheen's husband Bill is often credited with "stealing" the state.

With the coming November national election it would be perfectly legal for Americans from all over our country to plan a vacation to San Francisco and stay for a few days. That makes you a "resident" under the Motor Voter Act. It also gives you the chance to vote in the election.

Now we have someone you can start thinking about. John Dennis is running for Pelosi's seat. He's an accomplished businessman, entrepreneur and has been a pro-liberty Republican for a quarter century. John, his wife Heather and daughter Devan, make their home in the Pacific Heights.

HARRY REID SHOULD GO TO JAIL

I'm stupid. After more than 40 years of seeing fairly close up just how corrupt government workers are in our country, I thought I couldn't actually be surprised by anything they might do. Wrong.

Whether it's our elected politicians, the police or our (not so) "blind" legal system, I had learned long ago not to say (or even think) "B

ut they can't do that!" Believe me, they can.

But today an article from Erick Erickson in his "Red State Morning Briefing" absolutely stunned me. The article is titled: "The House Vote on the Senate Healthcare Bill Is the Final Vote; Obama Will Sign It Into Law". (Link)

According to SusanAnne Hiller, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has pulled the biggest con job on America since P.T. Barnum invented the phrase "There's a sucker born every minute." Reid has carried out a stealth campaign to actually rename an existing Bill (H.R.3950–the Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009, now called The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) from the House, insert virtually the entire ORIGINAL Obama Health Care Bill (which is the ultimate government take over), and he got it PASSED in the Senate!!!!

This would mean that Nancy Pelosi (you know, the entirely corrupt and clinically insane Speaker of the House), just has to get enough votes to ratify the "changes" to an old Bill and then President (I don't care what you people want) Obama will sign it into law. Done deal.

"The deceptive practices to pass a government takeover of healthcare can be summed up as the ultimate betrayal by the Democrats against the American people in order to ram through their progressive, socialistic, freedom-stripping policies", says Erickson.

Finally.... After 40 years of being the whipping boy for “leaders” of the Black Community, the truth has been spoken. I have never seen the “White” side of the story explained better! It’s about time. For those who insist on calling something like this "racism", you're wrong. It's "reality". What a concept!

BUCHANAN TO OBAMA

Barack Obama says we need to have a conversation about race in America. Fair enough.. But this time, it has to be a two-way conversation.

White America needs to be heard from, not just lectured to. This time, the Silent Majority needs to have its convictions, grievances and demands heard. And among them are these:

First, America has been the best country on earth for black folks. It was here that 600,000 black people, brought from Africa in slave ships, grew into a community of 40 million, were introduced to Christian salvation, and reached the greatest levels of freedom and prosperity blacks have ever known. Rev. Wright ought to go down on his knees and thank God he is an American. If he lived in almost any other country, his comments would have put him in jail or proved fatal.

Second, no people anywhere has done more to lift up Blacks than White Americans. Untold trillions have been spent since the ' 60s on welfare, food stamps, rent supplements, Section 8 housing, Pell grants, student loans, legal services, Medicaid, Earned Income Tax Credits and poverty programs designed to bring the African-American community into the mainstream.

Governments, businesses and colleges have engaged in discrimination against white folks -- with affirmative action, contract set-asides and quotas -- to advance black applicants over white applicants. Churches, foundations, civic groups, schools and individuals all over America have donated their time and money to support soup kitchens, adult education, day care, retirement and nursing homes for blacks.

We hear the grievances but where is the gratitude?

Barack talks about new 'ladders of opportunity' for blacks. Let him go to Altoona? And Johnstown, and ask the white kids in Catholic schools how many were visited lately by Ivy League recruiters handing out scholarships for 'deserving' white kids.?

Is white America really responsible for the fact that the crime and incarceration rates for African-Americans are seven times those of white America? Is it really white America's fault that illegitimacy in the African-American community has hit 70 percent and the black dropout rate from high schools in some cities has reached 50 percent?

Is that the fault of white America or, first and foremost, a failure of the black community itself?

As for racism, its ugliest manifestation is in interracial crime, and especially interracial crimes of violence. Is Barack Obama aware that while white criminals choose black victims 3 percent of the time, black criminals choose white victims 45 percent of the time?

Is Barack aware that black-on-white rapes are 100 times more common than the reverse, that black-on-white robberies were 139 times as common in the first three years of this decade as the reverse?

We have all heard ad nauseam from the Rev. Al about Tawana Brawley, the Duke rape case and Jena. And all turned out to be hoaxes. But about the epidemic of black assaults on whites that are real, we hear nothing.

Sorry, Barack, some of us have heard it all before, about 40 years and 40 trillion tax dollars ago.
