RONALD REAGAN EXPOSES THE SOCIALIZED MEDICINE AGENDA

With all the smoke and mirrors that President Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have thrown at the American people when it comes to "health care reform", there is no one better to call a spade a spade then President Ronald Regan.

Let President Regan's voice rise from the grave to speak to us, to stop the Liberals and Progressives who hate our country and shine the light that everyone can understand. Listen to this and be sure to forward this blog link to every single person in your email address book.

Fight for our country. Believe in our country. Crush those who so desperately wish to destroy it.

WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE????

No one ever said it would be easy. There is a battle at hand between Americans nationwide and elected politicians (and those who influence -- or 'own' -- them).

April 15th was an opening salvo, the first skirmish and with a near news media "blackout", many citizens could easily have been discouraged. But that didn't happen.

Do we thank President Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid? Or do the kudos actually go much farther to encompass nearly the entire unresponsive and arrogant Congress? Barney Frank, Charles Rangle and others come to mind. If so many hadn't dismissed the outrage of Americans the effort might well have died in a wash of apathy. Thank goodness for small favors. The politicians kept up with their antics and more and more people said "I''m mad as Hell and I'm not going to take it anymore."

Sure, events planned for July 4th were less than dramatic, but the recent march on Washington DC (still not covered by major network media) was very successful. Whether you agree with estimates in the range of a million and a half people or not, the crowds were undeniably huge.

But one effective skirmish doesn't win a war. Understand Americans are at war with a President who is Hell-bent to destroy the foundation that this country was built upon. We are at war with the politicians who do not represent us any more. And the country is at war with shortsighted major media outlets who hope against hope that if they don't anger the politicians, some how they will be allowed to survive. Dumb approach.

Across the country the more dedicated, more aggressive Tea Party and Meet Up groups are holding planning sessions as we speak. Many are looking to the next big national holiday (Veterans Day in November) as their next protest target. Is that enough? No, not really because momentum must be maintained and actually expanded.

That brings me to the old adage: "What have you done for me (your country) lately?"

Right now is the time to be "speaking your mind all the time". Talk to friends, neighbors, people at work, at church, even at the grocery store in town. Engage them with your concerns about Washington and your state and local legislatures. This is not the time to be timid or quiet.

While you may find that trying to talk to your Liberal friends will be as effective as trying to negotiate with a terrorist, I suspect you'll be very surprised to find just how many acquaintances you have who are now more Conservative or Independent in their thinking. This is the base to work with. These are the people you want to appeal to and ignite their passions.

Look around. Ask around. Find more to get involved in and go out and save your country.

INTIMIDATION OF THE CIA IS A LIBERAL NEA TATIC

What if your superiors laid out a series of rules you must follow in doing your job but then left you 'high and dry' as soon as anyone turned up the heat in the kitchen?

That's what has made a lot of people working for the CIA very nervous these days. Patriotic individuals, acting within the lines of proper procedure, have followed those guidelines in their efforts. But political winds being what they are, right now the stink in the air is that these same people who were instrumental in protecting Americans since 9/11 are threatened by agenda-driven motives of the Obama Administration.

This kind of thing is not new to the Liberal base. It is the major foundation that has been used nationwide to destroy education. For 40 years the National Education Association (NEA) has utterly failed in protecting teachers whenever problems arise.

Instructors who were actually good at their job and used some initiative in doing so, revealed how ineffective (or just plain bad) other teachers were. As a result they 'made waves' (and 'had to be removed').

The good ones should have been heavily supported by both Administrators and Union Reps, but they were not.

This is the cruel 'duck and cover' approach used by Liberals. They use lies and false images to project a "Pretend Normal" environment within the school system, usually at the expense of the instructor who has had their legs cut from under them at the knees. 'Our' American Educational System has been throwing away good people for 40 years. Is it any wonder we are rated last of all developed nations?

Right now the Obama Administration isn't just using Duck and Cover, it's agenda is once again that of fundamentally dismantling our country. The existence of the CIA is severely threatened and our safety along with the loss.

But back to the schooling problem again. Let me show you just how well the 'teflon' suit fits that the Administrator Club members wear.

Some years ago in Hampton, New Hampshire, a high school teacher caught some Freshman boys in the act of placing a pack of firecrackers and a lit cigarette (as a fuse) into a locker one morning. He apprehended the boys and immediately escorted them to the Front Office of the Administration. The female Principal was not in the office so he brought the boys to the Vice Principal.

The teacher explained what he observed and produced the fireworks and cigarette butt evidence to the VP. He was told to return to his classroom and that the VP "would take care of things".

Later in the day he approached the Vice Principal and did a follow-up on discipline metered out on the boys.

They weren't turned over to police. They weren't expelled. They got a 'Detention'.

He responded to the information by telling the VP "You're teaching them they can get away with murder."

Four months later the same boys were arrested and eventually given long prison sentences in the death of a teacher's (Pam Smart) husband. The boys had murdered him at her request after she seduced one of the under age males. (No. No sexual assault charges were ever processed against her!)

Did anyone in the school ever take even the slightest shred of responsibility for anything and make changes at the school? No.

Over the years since then the Administration has only dramatically increased 'programs' for young females while completely ignoring the needs of young boys. Guess the female Principal got a big "atta-girl" for that one!

Does Obama expect to get his "atta-boy" from George Soros when he destroys the CIA and shifts more power to the FBI which is easier to control? We'll see.

NEWT GINGRICH, PLEASE DON'T SAY "INCLUSION"

Mr. Gingrich:

RE: Your use of the word "inclusion".

I am a 61 year-old, white male who, like yourself, has seen many changes in the America we live in.  As a young person I was the high school news reporter (AV geek) doing the End of Day Announcements in November, 1963.

As time unfolded there was Bobby, Martin and even Malcolm. I remember Ohio State, Oct.15th on the Mall and being told the hair that merely touched the top of my ears was "too long" by the President of the business college I graduated from in 1970.  When he saw my picture on the front page of a newspaper for a peace rally, he called for a school-wide assembly to tell students "war protests were none of our business".

Over the years I traveled throughout the U.S. following a 20 year career of my brother-in-law who was in the Air Force. (His last five with the Joint Chiefs of Staff in D.C.)

I relate this history to put into perspective a losing battle I had in New Hampshire with Liberalism and Feminism in the late 80's and early 90's as Bill and Jean Shaheen kidnapped the state for the Democrats.  It was a time when I learned first hand the "legal" concept:  "What a man says is taken as a neutral to a negative and what a woman says is taken as a neutral to a positive."  Again, I have seen a lot in life.

It was at this time that I first became personally aware of the term "inclusion".

As I made my recovery from a devastating time in my life, I attended a United Church of Christ parish for six years in the 90's.  The pastor was a former Irish Catholic, Vietnam chaplain and the standing joke in the community was that the church was a place for "recovering Catholics".

I saw firsthand how forces within the church slowly and methodically took over the focus of the parish's direction, changing the tone of sermons, church hymnals and a variety of sponsored events.  The buzz phrase heard more often than not was "We want to be inclusionary."  It would have been more honest and much more accurate to say: "We want to throw away tradition and do it our way."

That sea change was not ignored by the senior members of the church as many went elsewhere to worship.  It was shameful that "their" church was appropriated by others and they felt too uncomfortable to stay.  Isn't that exactly what is happening to American society as traditional mores and beliefs are being thrown under the bus?  Powerful people in politics, the media and activist courts continue to kidnap the morals and conscience of our society and the label they use is "Inclusion".

The church experience brought focus to sharp feelings I have as I look back at the previous years in my life.  High schools that were filled with pride and tradition in the 60's are now filled with lonely, lost young people.  They are the victims of "progressive education" and the changes of the 70's.

Repeated attempts at "New Math" (an effort so that parents could no longer teach their own children), the "Open Classroom" concept (which embarrassed many teachers and destroyed classroom discipline) and the most destructive modality, "Students have the right to fail", all were opening salvos in the NEA and the Liberal Left's war on education.  I know first hand because I taught high school at the time.

Hand in hand with the destruction of education was the Liberal movement to "enhance" the rights of minors so school administrators became afraid to hold young people accountable for any of their actions.  It's a sad joke today that young people are less afraid to go to a police station than we were to go to the Principal's Office.

When you used the word "inclusion" in your speech Monday night I was crestfallen.  It is an ugly term, historically laden with Liberalism, true insensitivity and cruelty.  While it may be important to reach out to any voter in the country to support the Republican Party, there has to be a less offensive way.

Thank you for your consideration.

Wake Up America

If you don't stand up a cheer about this article then you simply have no idea what's going on in Washington DC.

Wake Up America
by Pam Geller

I am a student of history. Professionally, I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied history all my life. I think there is something monumentally large afoot, and I do not believe it is just a banking crisis, or a mortgage crisis, or a credit crisis. Yes, these exist but they are merely single facets on a very large gemstone that is only now coming into a sharper focus.

Something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it because I know how it feels, smells, what it looks like and how people react to it... Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing, but there is something happening within our country that has been evolving for about 10 - 15 years. The pace has dramatically quickened in the past two.

We demand and then codified into law the requirement that our banks make massive loans to people whom we know could never pay back? Why?

We learned recently that the Federal Reserve, which has little or no real oversight by anyone, has "loaned" two trillion dollars (that is $2,000,000,000,000) over the past few months, but will not tell us to whom or why or disclose the terms. That is our money; yours and mine. And that is three times the $700B we all argued about so strenuously just this past September.

Who has this money? Why do they have it? Why are the terms unavailable to us? Who asked for it? Who authorized it? I thought this was a government of "We the People," who loaned our powers to our elected leaders. Apparently not!

We have spent two or more decades intentionally de-industrializing our economy. Why?

We have intentionally ‘dumbed' down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents, why we are exceptional, and why we are worth preserving. Students by and large cannot write, think critically, read, or articulate. Parents are not revolting, teachers are not picketing, and school boards continue to back mediocrity. Why?

We have now established the precedent of protesting every close election (now violently in California over a proposition that is so controversial that it wants marriage to remain between one man and one woman. Did you ever think such a thing possible just a decade ago?). We have corrupted our sacred political process by allowing unelected judges to write laws that radically change our way of life, and then mainstream Marxist groups like ACORN and others to turn our voting system into a banana republic; and to what purpose?

Now our mortgage industry is collapsing, housing prices are in free fall, major industries are failing, our banking system is on the verge of collapse, and Social Security is nearly bankrupt, as is Medicare and our entire government. Our education system is worse than a joke (I teach college and know precisely what I am talking about.) The list is staggering in its length, breadth, and depth. It is potentially 1929 times 10.

And we are at war with an enemy we cannot name for fear of offending people of the same religion who cannot wait to slit the throats of your children if they have the opportunity to do so.

And now we have elected a man no one knows anything about, who has never run so much as a Dairy Queen, let alone a town as big as Wasilla, Alaska. All of his associations and alliances are with real radicals in their chosen fields of employment, and everything we learn about him,
drip by drip, is unsettling if not downright scary (Surely you have heard him speak about his idea to create and fund a mandatory civilian defense force stronger than our military for use inside our borders? No?

Oh, of course. The media would never play that for you over and over and then demand he answer it. Sarah Palin's pregnant daughter and $150,000 wardrobe is more important.)

Mr. Obama's winning platform can be boiled down to one word: Change... Why?

I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart, and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. Change is indeed coming. And when it comes, you will never see the same nation again.

And that is only the beginning.

I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was
associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would bully them into submission.

And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world.

He did it with a compliant media - Did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and... "Change"! And the people surely got what they voted for. (Look it up if you think I am exaggerating.) Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933 and were shouted down, called names, laughed at, and made fun of. When Winston Churchill pointed out the obvious in the late 1930s while seated in the House of Lords in England (he was not yet Prime Minister), he
was booed into his seat and called a crazy troublemaker. He was right, though.

Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course; the road to Hell is paved with them.

As a practical thinker, one not overly prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice: I can either believe what the objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong, close my eyes, have another latte and ignore what is transpiring around me.

Some people scoff at me; others laugh or think I am foolish, naive, or both. Perhaps I am. But I have never been afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe - and why I believe it. I pray I am wrong. But, I do not think I am.

IN GOD WE TRUST

Most of you know by now that the Senate version (at least) of the "stimulus" bill includes provisions for extensive rationing of health care for senior citizens. The author of this part of the bill, former senator and tax evader, Tom Daschle was credited by Bloomberg with the following statement.

Bloomberg: "Daschle says health-care reform will not be pain free. Seniors should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them."

If this does not sufficiently raise your ire, just remember that Senators and Congressmen have their own healthcare plan that is first dollar or very low co-pay which they are guaranteed the remainder of their lives and are not subject to this new law if it passes.

Please use the power of the Internet to get this message out. Talk it up at the grassroots level. We have an election coming up in one year and nine months. We have the ability to address and reverse the dangerous direction the Obama administration and it allies have begun and in the interim, we can make our voices heard!

Let's do it!
